Shipping & policies

The tiny-print candy wrapper: where we ship, how long orders take, and what to do if USPS decides to punt your package into the sun.

Where we ship

PrintSugar currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

We are not offering international shipping yet, mostly because customs forms, surprise fees, and cross-border mail chaos are a whole separate little goblin. We may revisit this later if there is enough interest.

Processing times

Most ready-to-ship orders are packed and shipped within 5 business days after your order is placed.

Orders that include a custom slab may take up to 10 business days before shipping, since those need extra finishing, curing, assembly, and quality-check time.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it is handed to USPS. It does not include USPS transit time.

Packing standards

We pack orders carefully so your cards and goodies have the best possible chance of arriving safely. Depending on the item, orders may include protective sleeves, rigid backing, padding, mailers, boxes, or other packaging materials.

Basically: we do not raw-dog art cards into an envelope and wish them luck.

Returns, refunds & replacements

All sales are final unless we send you the wrong item.

If we made a mistake and you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of what you received. We will make it right with a replacement, correction, or refund depending on the situation.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, carrier delays, or mail damage caused after the package has been accepted by USPS.

This policy applies except where otherwise required by law.

Damaged, lost, or delayed mail

Once an order has been accepted by USPS, transit issues are handled through USPS. We are not able to reimburse, replace, or refund orders that are damaged, lost, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen in transit unless the issue was caused by our packing mistake or we sent the wrong item.

If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging, damaged items, and contents. Do not throw anything away. USPS may ask to inspect the packaging and items as part of a damage claim.

If USPS needs order information for a claim, contact us and we can provide available order details such as your order total, item description, shipping date, and tracking number.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We ship to the address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it if the label has not been purchased yet. If the package has already shipped, we cannot reroute it from our end or refund/replacement the order due to an incorrect address.

PrintSugar sells fan-made art goods and handmade/custom collectible items. Products are not official, licensed, sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, The Pokémon Company, or any other rights holder.

Any character references are used to describe the inspiration for fan-made art goods only.

Privacy & payment details

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe Checkout. PrintSugar does not store your full card number or payment credentials on this site.

We only collect and store the order/contact information needed to process purchases, ship orders, respond to support requests, and keep basic business records.

We do not sell customer information.
